IgnitivIO is a hands-on consulting and implementation team (not a DIY software product), providing setup, support, and ongoing optimization for follow-up and sales systems for businesses in Lubbock and the South Plains.

1. Services

IgnitivIO provides consulting and implementation services that may include: follow-up process reviews, CRM and pipeline configuration, appointment booking setup, lead capture tools (forms/chat), messaging workflows, reporting, and ongoing optimization. We may use third-party platforms to deliver these services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using IgnitivIO, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may not use our services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or duplicate IgnitivIO systems without written permission.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree not to upload malicious files, spam content, or attempt unauthorized access to any system.

4. Client Portal Access

If you are provided access to the IgnitivIO client portal, your access may be limited by plan or scope of work. We may update portal features or availability to maintain performance, security, and reliability.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or service plan, billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selection. Add-ons and custom work may incur additional fees. Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started.

6. Third-Party Services

Some features depend on third-party providers (for example: phone, email, AI, calendars, messaging). We are not responsible for outages, delays, or changes caused by third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

IgnitivIO branding, website content, templates, and implementation materials are owned by IgnitivIO unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide services “as-is” and do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IgnitivIO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create security risks. You may cancel services according to your plan terms.
